Keysight B1500A 반도체 디바이스 파라미터 분석기는 IV(전류-전압), CV(정전용량-전압), 펄스 IV 및 동적 IV 등의 측정을 지원하는 올인원(All-in-One) 분석기입니다. 기본적인 측정부터 최첨단 응용까지 다양한 전기적 특성 평가가 가능하며, 디바이스, 소재, 반도체, 능동/수동 소자 등의 측정을 높은 신뢰성과 효율성으로 수행할 수 있습니다.
